You can costumize all of these permissions to create your own.

In order to use /ads or any of the sub-commands

Used to be able to use hex or color codes and bold text in advertisements

In order to use all ads-commands including the relaod

To receive in-game notifications of newer plugin versions

To create an ad with the boss bar
