Specifies the cost for using the /ads actionbarcommand. This only works if costs are enabled in the features.yml.

Infos

• Cooldowns are player-related only. Custom cooldowns are also supported.
• If the action bar feature is disabled, it won't show up in the command completion.

Ads via an actionbar are excluded from Discord Webhooks
